Where: Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure

We spoke with Paul and Leila for the first time on the phone.

The bride and groom wanted a wedding just for the two of them: therefore an elopement, in Italy. Paul likes Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure a lot, he remembers these places from a beautiful vacation with his family.

During our first chat the couple told us about their wishes. Firstly, a typical Italian wedding, secondly they wanted to get married legally (not a symbolic rite) and thirdly they wanted an intimate and romantic dinner in the hotel just for the two of them.

Lovers of beauty and details, they entrusted us with the organization of their wedding.

A wedding for just two people requires completely different schedules and organization rather than a “classic” wedding, but these aspects make it very charming and so romantic.

As usual, we immediately start working on the proposal:

1. a civil ceremony in a beautiful Villa in Santa Margherita Ligure
2. a total white setting
3. a refined sea view hotel in Portofino

For the flower proposal: a lot of gypsophila and a huge quantity of candles.

A very good Italian photographer, English by adoption, created a beautiful photographic reportage.
